How can I obtain a certificate?
You can submit your experience through Help Center.
According to current legislation, certificates are issued for itineraries that have been completed since 2018.
Which kinds of certificates are available for issuance?
- Travel Details Certificate
- MAN Non-Usage Certificate
- Itinerary Modification Certificate
- Capacity Certificate.
- Fare Certificate. Issued by the local Central Port Agency of departure.
- Sailing Ban / Strike Certificate. Issued by the local Port Authorities of departure.
What information is required to submit a certificate request?
When submitting your request to Help Center, you will be asked to send:
- Passenger full name
- Ticket or booking reference number
- Travel date and itinerary
- Proof of signature certified by a competent authority.
What is the estimated processing time for certificate issuance?
The certificate is usually issued within 5 business days following the successful submission of the request.
How will I receive the certification file?
The certificate will be sent electronically to your email address in digital format (PDF), which you may save or print.
Can the certificate be used as an official document?
Certificates are issued by the company and are intended for all legitimate and lawful uses.
