The Permit is made through the information system “ERGANI” or by filling in the form “Employee Movement Permit” signed by the employer or in the case of a legal person by its legal representative or in the case of a self-employed person, by the worker him/herself.
In any case, alternatively to the above, citizens can obtain and fill in the “Employee Movement permit” (type A permit) from the website forma.gov.gr.
Before boarding the vessel, it is necessary to fill in the “Pre-boarding” screening form and deliver it to the vessel’s Purser along with your ticket while boarding.
It is mandatory to wear face masks, both inside and on the open-air decks.
We recommend you to arrive at the port of departure on time, to facilitate the check-in process before boarding.
Passengers should not travel if they have symptoms of COVID-19 infection (cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath and other respiratory symptoms) or have been in contact with a COVID-19 patient the last 14 days before the trip.
If the tickets have been issued electronically, proof of status is certified before and during the boarding of the passengers on the vessels performing the transport.
It is noted that the movement permits/documents will be checked by the vessels’ Pursers before boarding and the Hellenic Coast Guard personnel will supervise the proper and smooth implementation of this and will provide all possible assistance to the companies and the vessels’ crews.
