Contact the company central number at 210 41 99 100, through our website www.hsw.gr or our central offices (6, Astiggos St, Karaiskakis Sq., Piraeus).
How do you cash the points you have earned?
Upon completion of 1000 miles, your electronic wallet, which HELLENIC SEAWAYS has created for you in its central computer, is automatically credited with the “bonus” amount you have earned. You can book tickets at the same or lower price with your bonus, from the HELLENIC SEAWAYS headquarters or any central travel agent, towards to any destination we travel.
How do you become a member of the Hellenic Seaways Loyalty Club?
Fill in the application form that you can find in our ships, Hellenic Seaways Headquarters and our Central Port agents and return it at our offices (address: 6, Astiggos St., Karaiskakis Sq. 18531, Piraeus). Furthermore you can even use our website www.hsw.gr in order to fill in an online application form. Please note that you have to fill in a different application form for each member all Bonus Miles cards are strictly personal.
When will you receive your Bonus Miles Card?
After receiving your completed and signed application form Hellenic Seaways will immediately create your account and post your personal Bonus Miles Card to the address indicated on the application form. The only thing you have to do is to use your card the next time you travel with Hellenic Seaways. Please do not forget to hand in your card to the financial services on our ships.
How do you credit your card with “miles” of your vehicle?
Each time that you travel do not forget to hand in with your passenger tickets the ones of your vehicle as well. Please note that the vehicle “miles” will not appear in your account but when you reach 1000 miles our company will refund 10 % of the total amount of money you have spent (passenger & vehicle tickets).
