Hellenic Seaways, recognizing that its People are the driving force behind the company’s growth, has established the Human Resources Management section into the following four business/strategic priorities:  
1. Recruitment and selection of skilled personnel.
2. Training and development for company employees.
3. Continuous improvement in expediting communication between departments.
4. Implementation of a fair / objective personnel performance evaluation system aiming for the continuous and multiple advancement.

Our Human Resources team consists of 1.500 employees (seagoing and office services) who significantly contribute to the high standards of providing customer service excellence to our company’s passengers.
